Hi, I’m Heather Hofmann

I’m a Certified Life Coach Specializing in Grief and Chronic Illness.

I’m a widow living with three chronic illnesses, so I understand—deeply—how grief can reshape your life.

If you’ve never considered working with a grief coach, you might be surprised at how transformative it can be. Grief is not something to “fix,” but something to move through—and you don’t have to do that alone.

Grief can feel isolating, overwhelming, and never-ending. Whether you’re in the early fog or have been carrying it for years, there is no right timeline and no pressure here, ever. You’re allowed and encouraged to come exactly as you are.

Through my own journey, I’ve come to understand that living with chronic illness can mirror grief in many ways—a loss of the life you once knew, while still trying to build something meaningful in the present. Holding both grief and acceptance at the same time is hard. You don’t have to figure that out on your own. Grief doesn’t have to define you. You can carry both happiness and sorrow at the same time. I can help you do that.

I support others in moving through their pain, making space for their emotions, and gently reconnecting with life—at their own pace, and in their own way.

I offer:

  • One-on-one virtual and group coaching

  • Practical tools for navigating the daily reality of grief

  • A safe, non-judgmental space for vulnerability

  • Support from someone who truly understands lived loss

If you’re looking for a place to feel seen, heard, and supported, I would be honored to walk alongside you. I offer free consultations and would love to talk with you.
